Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders in the online store of lane-a-chan1, [store.address]. In a marketplace, the seller named on the product page is your contract partner for that product.

2. Contract

The product pages are an invitation to order. You make an offer when you click the order button at the end of the checkout. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order or ship the goods. We save the contract text and send it to you by e-mail.

3. Prices and payment

Prices include the statutory VAT where it applies. Shipping costs are shown before you order. We accept the payment methods shown in the checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are shown on the product page and in the checkout.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have a right of withdrawal of 14 days. See the withdrawal policy. You can withdraw with the link "Withdraw from contract here" at the bottom of every page.

6. Legal guarantee

You have the legal guarantee of conformity of at least 2 years. A producer guarantee of durability, where offered, comes in addition to it and does not limit it.

7. Final provisions

The law of the country of the seller applies. For consumers, the mandatory rules of the country where they live stay in force.
